As part of the promotion process at the University of Washington, faculty in the School of Art + Art History + Design are required to put on an exhibition. This work represents my creative scholarship from 2011 to 2019. It was part of Composite Gestures, a joint exhibition with two other Design faculty who were also up for promotion. The work shown here highlights my activity in publication design and interaction design.

This wall is a series of details from various print and interface projects from 2011 to 2019. The three sections are divided into Imagery, Typography and Composition. The red panels detail my working process — these were mounted over top of the image collections.

The tables held all the publications I designed since my last promotion in 2011.

This wall detailed the history, process and creation of the Design Teaching Resource. This project was several years in the making with early prototypes, funding mishaps, design and technical development.
